Price per piece and delivery charge from a table

7th graders started working on this recently. 8th graders began the year with this.

The story is you order candy to be delivered. Candy has a cost per piece that doesn't change no matter how many you order. There is a delivery charge. Looking at the table of (1,6), (2,7) and (3,8) figure out the cost per piece and the delivery charge.
